Welcome to Celebratee! By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The short version: Use Celebratee responsibly, respect others, only upload content you have the right to share, and remember that photos are deleted after 30 days.

1. Using Celebratee

Celebratee is a photo-sharing platform for events. By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your account secure and not share your login
Be at least 13 years old to use the service
Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws

2. Your Content

When you upload photos, videos, or other content to Celebratee:

You own your content. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload
You grant us permission to store, display, and share your content with event participants
You confirm you have the right to share the content (e.g., photos you took or have permission to share)
You're responsible for the content you upload

3. Content Guidelines

To keep Celebratee safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to upload:

Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
Sexually explicit or pornographic material
Violent, threatening, or harassing content
Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Spam or misleading content
Content that exploits or endangers minors

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms.

4. Data Retention

Important: All photos and videos are automatically deleted 30 days after your event ends. Download any content you wish to keep before this time.

We are not responsible for content that is deleted after the retention period. It is your responsibility to download and back up content you want to preserve.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Event Participation

When you join an event:

Your uploads will be visible to other event participants
You may appear in photos uploaded by other participants
Event hosts can manage event settings and participants

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Celebratee available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the service
That the service will be error-free
That all features will always be available

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Celebratee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users
We are not liable for lost content after the 30-day retention period

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Celebratee after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
